At Cascada Showers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury bathroom upgrade. If your new shower system isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, installation manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
